Delete Your Account

You can delete your Doratify account (developer: CorpNexus LLC) and all data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

Open Doratify and go to Today → profile icon → Settings.
Under Privacy & data, tap Delete account.
Review what will be deleted, tick I understand this can’t be undone and tap Delete my account. You are signed out and your data is deleted immediately.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email privacy@doratify.com from the email address you signed in with and write “Delete my account”. For your security we may ask you to confirm the request. We complete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

your account and sign-in identifiers;
profile and health data: birth year, sex, height, weigh-ins, activity level, goals and calculated targets;
all food logs;
training profile, workouts and sets;
consent records and daily usage counters;
subscription status stored by us.

Food photos are never stored, so there is nothing to delete there.

What may remain, and for how long

Backups: encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Purchase records: Apple and Google keep their own records of purchases under their policies; we cannot delete those.
Legal obligations: if the law requires us to keep specific records (for example for tax or a legal dispute), we keep only those, only as long as required.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings (how).

Delete some data without deleting your account

Delete individual meals from the meal screen in the app.
Withdraw your health data consent in Settings → Privacy & data to delete your body data, weigh-ins, plans and training data while keeping your account.
